The Americans at Adventureland? Yes! The critically acclaimed show from FX, ‘The Americans’ are currently shooting their 2nd season and they were recently seen at Adventureland Amusement Park in Farmingdale, Long Island. Keri Russell and Matthew Rhys visited the amusement park, could it be a Jennings family outing or a mission for the spy couple?
They were seen last October 15 filming for the first episode of their 2nd season which will air early January 2014 according to a spokeswoman.
Press weren’t permitted to come inside the closed set but the spokeswoman from FX has confirmed that they Rhys and Russell were in the park.
Adventureland Amusement Parm posted a picture of the set on their Twitter account with a caption of “Today, we make our return to Hollywood! TV show ‘The Americans’ is filming a scene here.” Pictures were also posted on their Facebook account .
The cast and crew of ‘The Americans’ started filming Tuesday morning and was expected to continue until 6pm of the same day.
